John Henderson was recently inducted into the 2024 Smart Business Dealmaker’s Hall of Fame! The Smart Business Dealmaker’s Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have significantly contributed to business growth through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. It honors deal professionals who have demonstrated leadership and innovation in connecting CEOs of middle-market companies with a network of deal advisers, thereby building a substantial mergers and acquisitions network across the country. John is a dealmaker extraordinaire, and the honor is well deserved. From John:

John is currently Executive Vice President – Corporate Development & Strategic Relationships WalkerSCM and President AEL-Span, LLC. He is also an Assistant Pastor and a genuine man of God.
John has an MBA in Economics and Corporate Finance along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. He is also a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking (now partnered at the Wharton School). John has been a faculty member in the Finance department in the University of Phoenix’s Troy Michigan campus and is a lead instructor at the Joseph Business School in Detroit. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Education Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
